Red State AG Sends Formal Letter Requisition DOJ Open Investigation

Alright, folks, grab some popcorn, because this one is big. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey just threw a political grenade into the mix, demanding a full-scale Department of Justice investigation into whether President Joe Biden’s aides deliberately hid his cognitive decline to push through radical leftist policies without his full awareness.

Think about that. If Bailey’s allegations are true, we’re talking about a presidency where unelected operatives—not the elected Commander-in-Chief—were calling the shots. And if that’s the case? Then everything they pushed through in Biden’s final months could be legally void.

Bailey’s letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz doesn’t pull any punches. He outright states that Biden’s infamous cognitive decline wasn’t just a problem—it may have been weaponized by his staff to ram through policies he didn’t fully understand.

“By now, Biden’s mental decline is famous,” Bailey writes. “Under the 25th Amendment, his inability to make decisions should have meant a succession of power.”

Instead? His aides allegedly shielded him, making sure he only read from the teleprompter, dodged real press interactions, and kept up the illusion that he was actually running the country.

Let’s talk about evidence. First, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) gave an eye-opening account of a meeting with Biden regarding an executive order restricting liquified natural gas exports—a decision that crushed Louisiana’s economy. When confronted, Biden allegedly had no idea he had even signed it.

“I didn’t do that,” Biden reportedly said.

Think about that. A sitting U.S. president completely unaware that he had signed a major policy order.

Then there’s the spending—$2 billion in taxpayer money sent from Biden’s EPA to a group linked to Stacey Abrams. Who authorized it? Was Biden even aware? And let’s not forget those last-minute, sweeping policy moves: mass commutations for federal death row inmates, a blanket pardon for his own son, Hunter Biden… were these his decisions, or those of the far-left figures whispering in his ear?

Bailey’s demand for an investigation raises the ultimate question: Who has been making the decisions in the White House? If Biden was simply rubber-stamping orders placed in front of him—orders he didn’t even remember signing—then the implications are staggering.

This is no longer just about policy differences. If unelected staffers deliberately used Biden’s cognitive decline to enact their own agenda, then every executive action taken under those circumstances could be illegitimate.
