Al Pacino’s 29-Year-Old Baby Mama Files For Full Custody Just 3 Months After Giving Birth

Noor Alfallah, the 29-year-old girlfriend of actor Al Pacino, has filed for full custody of their 3-month-old son, Roman. The couple welcomed Roman in June 2023.

The documents allowed for Pacino, 83, to have “reasonable visitation” rights with the child and asked for shared legal custody but full physical custody. Alfallah also requested the actor to pay her legal fees and court costs.

The outlet noted that Pacino was surprised to have fathered a child at his age, especially due to a medical condition that typically causes infertility. Sources said he asked for a paternity test to confirm he was the baby’s father.

Pacino’s representatives have not yet commented on the filing.

“It’s very special,” he said in a video obtained by The Daily Mail. “It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”

Pacino and Alfallah had been secretly dating since 2020, Page Six noted. Alfallah was formerly linked with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and billionaire investor Nicolas Berggruen. A source told the outlet that Alfallah “mostly dates very rich older men.”

The news of Alfallah’s custody filing comes just weeks after reports that she and Pacino had split up. The couple had been dating for about two years.

Pacino, 83, is a father of seven children from previous relationships.

The custody battle between Alfallah and Pacino is likely to be a lengthy and contentious one. It remains to be seen who will ultimately be awarded custody of Roman.

The actor told The New Yorker in 2014, “I’m responsible to them. I’m a part of their life. When I’m not, it’s upsetting to me and to them. So that’s part of the gestalt. And I get a lot from it. It takes you out of yourself.”
