Lawsuit More Allegations About Diddy

In a shocking new lawsuit, Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations, with a plaintiff known as John Doe claiming that the music mogul laced baby oil with date-rape drugs to facilitate sexual assaults.

This lawsuit, part of a series filed earlier this week in New York by attorney Tony Buzbee, includes some of the most disturbing accusations against the rapper and businessman to date. Doe is one of over 120 individuals represented by Buzbee, with several other lawsuits being filed around the same time, adding to the mounting legal pressure on Combs.

The October 14 filing alleges that Combs, now 54, frequently used Rohypnol or GHB, substances commonly known as date-rape drugs, in various forms to incapacitate his victims. The suit states that Combs specifically “fancied” the use of these drugs to commit “heinous non-consensual acts of sexual violence and rape.”

According to the complaint, Combs would allegedly apply tainted lotions or body oils on victims, lacing them with GHB so the drug could be absorbed through the skin. This method, the suit claims, was designed to make it easier for Combs and others to take advantage of and assault his victims.

One of the most disturbing details in the lawsuit involves the claim that Combs hosted parties where he would allegedly spike drinks with GHB. The suit contends that guests were often given alcohol—such as champagne or cocktails like a “lemon drop”—that had been secretly laced with the drug, leaving them vulnerable to assault. The complaint goes on to describe how partygoers were allegedly pressured into consuming the drinks before or during these events.

John Doe, the plaintiff in this specific case, recalls attending a party hosted by Combs in October 2021. According to the lawsuit, after consuming just one drink, Doe became disoriented, with the room spinning around him. As he tried to leave, a male voice told him to “hold on” and promised to help.

The next thing Doe remembers is waking up in a bedroom, unable to move or speak, feeling trapped in his own body. The suit alleges that Doe was then sexually assaulted by multiple men, including Combs, who he recalls seeing naked at one point during the assault. Doe’s account of the incident paints a harrowing picture of the abuse he endured while paralyzed and helpless.

This latest lawsuit adds to a growing list of legal battles for Combs, who is already facing a federal indictment on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for the purpose of prostitution. He was arrested in September and has since been denied bail multiple times. Currently held in the Special Housing Unit at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his trial is set for May 5, 2025.

In a bizarre detail, federal agents reportedly discovered over 1,000 bottles of baby oil during raids on Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami earlier this year. Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, attempted to explain away the discovery by claiming his client “buys in bulk” from Costco, a statement that has since drawn widespread skepticism.

While representatives for Combs have yet to comment on the most recent allegations, the lawsuit underscores the severity of the claims against him.
