Jamie White Murdered Outside Home Says Police

Authorities in Austin, Texas, are investigating the murder of InfoWars reporter Jamie White, who was killed outside his home late Sunday night. The shocking crime, which marks the city’s eighth homicide of 2025, has sent ripples through both the media and political circles, with many raising concerns about rising violence and political tensions.

InfoWars founder Alex Jones broke the news during his Monday evening broadcast, confirming that White had been “brutally murdered” around midnight near his South Austin residence. Jones, visibly shaken, described White as one of the most dedicated reporters and researchers to ever work at InfoWars.

White had reportedly worked late at the office on Sunday, and his final social media post was a repost from Elon Musk calling for an end to political violence—an eerie and tragic detail in light of what followed.

When White failed to answer his phone—something colleagues described as out of character—members of the InfoWars team went to check on him. What they found was nothing short of horrifying:

“Blood all over the parking lot,” Jones said, describing the scene, which was already taped off by authorities when White’s colleagues arrived.

Law enforcement informed them that White had been rushed to a local hospital, but died just 18 minutes after arrival due to the severity of his injuries. The Austin Police Department (APD) confirmed that officers responded to the 2300 block of Douglas Street, where they found a male victim with obvious signs of trauma. However, officials have not yet released the exact manner of death—whether White was shot, stabbed, or killed in another violent manner remains unknown.

While the investigation is still in its early stages, Jones hinted that law enforcement has a strong lead on potential suspects but did not disclose further details.

“I’m gonna leave it at that,” Jones said, before adding, “They didn’t want to tell us whether it was a stabbing or a shooting. I can just tell you that from the amount of blood I heard, it was serious. They were there scrubbing his blood off the ground when our folks got there.”

In an official statement, InfoWars pointed to the policies of Soros-backed Austin District Attorney Jose Garza, blaming the city’s leadership for creating an environment where violent crime is left unchecked.

“We pledge that Jamie’s tragic death will not be in vain, and those responsible for this senseless violence will be brought to justice,” the statement read.

White was a well-known political and cultural commentator, covering topics ranging from government corruption to media bias. His death has already sparked heated discussions about whether political violence played a role, though authorities have not officially confirmed a motive.
