Alright, folks, let’s talk about the absolute meltdown that happened on CNN NewsNight—because Curtis Houck nailed it when he called it Thunderdome. It was glorious, it was predictable, and in the end, it was completely pointless for the Left.
Here’s what happened: Scott Jennings, Republican strategist and master of keeping his cool, went toe-to-toe with CNN host Abby Phillip and Cari Champion, and it was brutal. The topic? DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)—the latest Left-wing obsession that nobody likes, nobody voted for, and yet, Democrats still think they can force-feed it to America.
Here’s part one of perhaps the most disgusting cable news segment I’ve ever seen. CNN Thunderdome host Abby Phillip, Cari Champion, and Ashley Allison try to torture Scott Jennings like a terrorist at a CIA black site for the crime of being a white male conservative.

Now, let’s be clear: DEI is not popular. Woke is not mainstream. And Democrats lost the election. But instead of learning from their total collapse in 2024, instead of taking the hint from working-class voters, independents, and even a growing number of minorities who rejected their race-baiting nonsense, what do they do?
They whine, scream, and smirk, insisting that if you don’t support their radical social engineering, you’re just not enlightened enough.
Even after Scott emotionally called Ashely one of his closest friends and earned her way on merit, notice she argues “the system” is still keeping her down and Phillip adds there’s “a mountain of evidence” society (i.e. whites) still keeps black people down.

Champion was on full display, doing what the Left does best: playing the race card, gaslighting, and pretending that their ideology isn’t crumbling in real time. Jennings, to his credit, remained professional while Phillip and Champion flailed—because they had nothing.
They still don’t get it. They don’t understand why Trump is back in the White House. They don’t understand why Republicans control Congress. They don’t understand why Elon Musk is dismantling their government-funded echo chamber with DOGE.

And they certainly don’t understand why America is moving on from their divisive DEI garbage.
The reality is, Americans are done being lectured about race and identity politics. They’re sick of hearing that merit, hard work, and fairness should take a backseat to forced quotas and grievance-based hiring. They’re done watching corporations bend over backwards to appease activists while actual qualified workers get pushed aside.

DEI was never about diversity or inclusion—it was about control. It was about creating a permanent victim class that votes Democrat while silencing anyone who dares to question the rules.
But guess what? That gravy train just got derailed.
Trump is back. DOGE is cleaning house. The DC political class is being dismantled.
And Democrats? They’re shrinking into irrelevance, still convinced that if they just yell a little louder, people will care.
